Information to include when contacting TracePlay Support

When submitting your request to our Support team please use the following tips:

  • Describe in detail what the issue is about and if possible, attach screenshots and any other information to help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
  • The type of browser you are using, i.e. Firefox, Google Chrome, Explorer; and the version of this browser
  • The type of device you are using (i.e. mobile, tablet, PC, laptop) as well as the operating system on that device (i.e. Mac OS, Windows, Android etc...)

With these extra tips we should be able to have this issue cleared up right away!
