By default all subscriptions are renewed automatically. Sometimes however, you may notice that your subscription plan wasn't automatically renewed. In such case you get an automated email notification.
There are two main reasons for a failed renewal:
1. Your bank doesn't accept the transaction and that can be due to various reasons.
Solution: Please contact your bank directly to obtain more information.
2. Your credit card has expired
Solution: update your credit card details in your account. Simply log in to Your Acccount and update your credit card info
