How is your billing date determined?
Your billing date corresponds to the day you signed up to TracePlay.
If your billing date falls on a date that does not occur in every month (ie. the 31st), your billing date will be on the last day of that month instead.
Is it possible to change my billing date?
Since your billing date corresponds to the day you signed up for your TracePlay account, unfortunately it cannot be changed from the “my account” section.
If you really wish to change your billing date, you can cancel your account and restart it on the date you would prefer to be billed.
